Most items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange/replacement as long as they are in original and unused condition. Our return policy applies only to most physical items. Please refer to the item description for the return policy of special products.
Return Period
Most items sold through our website can be returned within 30 days of delivery.Some products are not returnable, such as the following:

In addition, products listed as “Final Sale” cannot be returned and are not refundable, including trading card games, certain discounted items, and items sold through stores with a value of less than $3.
In the unlikely event that a non-returnable/final item is delivered damaged, defective, or materially different from the item ordered, please contact Customer Service.

To initiate a return for an eligible item, you can go directly to My Orders and click the “Return Item” button next to the item.

Please follow the return instructions for each item in order to receive a refund. Do not combine items from different orders in the same return.
If you purchased items (e.g., computers, electronics) that have personal information stored on them, please follow the manufacturer’s instructions to completely delete that information.
All clothing, handbags, and other fashion items that you return must be accompanied by labels (such as product tags and anti-theft tags) or sanitary seals.

Although returns are generally free, certain circumstances or item conditions may incur fees. Please note that items cannot be shipped back to you after they have been returned.Fee Description Amount

Damage Fee If you return an item that is damaged, missing parts, not in original merchandise condition, or has obvious signs of use due to non-Amazon.com or seller error, or for Luxury Store items that do not meet the acceptable return guidelines described above in “Ship Your Return to Us,” you will be charged a damage fee. Up to 50% of the item price may be charged, except for Luxury Store items where 100% of the item price will be charged.
Restocking Fee If you return an item that falls into the following product types:
Software and video games that have been opened, activated, used, or are missing parts.
Unsealed collectible cards, board/table games, collectible/collectible figures
100% of the item price
Not all Global Store products are eligible for prepaid returns. In such cases, you will be responsible for the costs associated with the return. We recommend that you return the item using a trackable method with the carrier of your choice.
Once you have returned the item, it may take up to 25 days for us to receive it. Once we receive and process the item at our fulfillment center, it takes 2 business days to process the refund and 3-5 business.
